How it works
We search the SEC EDGAR full-text index for recent 8-K filings and EX-99 press releases that announce dividends, download the exhibits, and parse per-share amounts, prior amounts when stated, and event type. Each row keeps a confidence score and a link to the filing.
Coverage
Focus is common-stock cash dividends for US-listed issuers. Preferred dividends, annualized figures, and aggregate (not per-share) totals are filtered when we can detect them. Parser accuracy is high on clean press releases and lower on long earnings decks — treat confidence scores accordingly.
